Damp Treatment & Wall Reinstatement
THE PROBLEM
Moisture and deterioration were affecting the wall finishes and required further investigation before an appropriate remedial specification could be carried out.
OUR SOLUTION
Renovani removed the affected finishes to expose and assess the underlying construction. The necessary damp remedial works were then carried out before the affected areas were professionally reinstated and prepared for final finishing.
THE RESULT
The affected areas were repaired and reinstated, providing the client with a sound surface ready for final decoration.
Cold & Damp Bedroom – Insulated Wall Solution
THE PROBLEM
This bedroom had three external walls and was suffering from severe moisture and condensation-related problems, including visible water running down the wall surfaces. Environmental readings taken during our assessment also demonstrated conditions conducive to condensation.
OUR SOLUTION
Renovani stripped the affected wall finishes and installed an appropriate membrane and insulated board system to the affected external walls. The walls were then replastered and the skirting boards and radiators reinstated.
THE RESULT
The remedial system provided an improved internal wall surface while increasing thermal performance and helping reduce the risk of surface condensation. The room was handed back to the client newly plastered and ready for decoration, as the client wished to carry out the final decorating themselves.

Basement Waterproofing Transformation
THE PROBLEM
The existing below-ground basement was an unfinished masonry space requiring a comprehensive waterproofing solution before it could be converted into a clean and usable internal area.
OUR SOLUTION
Renovani prepared the basement and installed a specialist cavity drainage membrane system to the below-ground walls and structural elements. The membrane was carefully detailed around the basement's columns, arches and junctions to form part of the overall waterproofing system. The internal areas were then professionally reinstated and finished.
THE RESULT
A dramatic transformation from an unfinished below-ground basement into a bright, clean and usable internal space.
