- Survey notes, moisture readings, photographs, plans, reports, quotations, invoices and correspondence.
- Payment and transaction records. We do not normally retain full card details.

We normally receive information directly from you by website form, email, telephone, site visit or during works. We may also receive relevant information from a property owner, landlord, tenant, managing agent, contractor, manufacturer or guarantee provider. Limited technical information may be collected automatically by Squarespace and other website services.
4. How and why we use information
- To respond to enquiries, arrange surveys, prepare reports and quotations, and take steps requested before entering a contract.
- To provide agreed services, manage appointments, communicate about works and administer guarantees.
- To keep accounting, tax, insurance, health and safety, and business records where required by law.

We then delete or anonymise information where practical.
