Website Terms
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These terms apply when you use the Renovani website. By continuing to use the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
1. About us
This website is operated by Renovani, a property care business serving Sussex and Kent. Contact us at 49 Station Road, Polegate, East Sussex BN26 6EA, by telephone on 01424 863146, or at admin@renovani.co.uk.
2. Website information
We aim to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but it is provided for general information only. Damp, mould, timber decay and water ingress can have several causes, and an accurate recommendation may require a site inspection, moisture testing and, where agreed, opening-up works.
Website content is not a structural survey, diagnosis, specification, quotation or professional opinion for a particular property. Only reasonably visible and accessible defects can be considered during a normal inspection, and further defects may become apparent once finishes or structures are opened.
3. Surveys and quotations
Our professional survey fee is £50. Where the customer proceeds with qualifying works undertaken by Renovani, the £50 fee is deducted from the cost of those works, subject to the quotation or written agreement.
Any estimate, quotation, report, scope of works, timescale, payment term or guarantee is governed by the separate document or contract issued for that job. If there is a conflict, the job-specific written document takes priority over this website.
4. Treatments, drying and guarantees
Results and drying periods depend on the building, weather, heating, ventilation, humidity, maintenance, leaks and occupant behaviour. Chemical treatments also deteriorate naturally over time. No guarantee should be inferred from this website. A guarantee applies only where it is expressly confirmed in writing, all stated conditions are met, full payment has been received and any required manufacturer documentation has been completed.
Mould treatment cannot prevent recurrence where moisture, ventilation, heating, building defects or occupant-related conditions remain or return.
5. Permitted use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business enquiries. You must not misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operation, harvest information, impersonate another person or use content in a misleading or unlawful way.
6. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website design, text, photographs, graphics, branding and other content belong to Renovani or are used under licence. You may view and print a reasonable copy for your own private reference. You must not reproduce, publish, sell, alter or commercially exploit website content without written permission.
Survey reports, specifications, recommendations, photographs, drawings and supporting documents supplied to a customer remain subject to the ownership and permitted-use provisions contained in the relevant report, quotation or contract.
7. External links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renovani is not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website information, inability to use the website, or third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
9. Privacy and cookies
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy.
10. Changes and availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content or these terms without notice. Updated terms take effect when published. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or free from errors or harmful components.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning where proceedings may be brought.
